Clean the sea bass by removing the entrails, then rinse them thoroughly under cold running water.
Slice the orange and lemon. Stuff the cavity of each fish with a few bay leaves, a clove of garlic, two slices of lemon, one slice of orange, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the grill or grill pan, then place the sea bass on it and cook for about 7 minutes per side.
Once the sea bass are thoroughly cooked, transfer to plates, drizzle with a little raw extra virgin olive oil, and serve.
